How long does delivery take?

We aim to process orders within 2–5 working days.
Delivery times depend on the delivery option selected at checkout. During busy periods, launches, pre-orders or courier delays, delivery may take a little longer.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

If you want to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@barkiebyalfie.com.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to stop the delivery. You can still request a return after receiving the item, in line with your legal cancellation rights.

Can I return my order after delivery?

Yes. UK customers usually have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods.
After telling us you want to cancel, you usually have another 14 days to return the item to us.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Who pays for return postage?

Accepted Answer

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
Barkie by Alfie is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on the way back to us.

Question 7

When will I get my refund?

Accepted Answer

Once we receive your returned item, we will check it and process your refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
We will usually process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or receiving proof that you have sent it back.

What if my item is faulty, damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@barkiebyalfie.com and include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund or return.
Your legal rights are not affected.

What items cannot be returned?

Some items cannot be returned for change of mind, including:
Personalised or custom-made products
Sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery
Used grooming or care products
Items that have been used, washed, damaged or are not in original condition
Gift cards, if offered in the future
This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

What about pre-orders or launch products?

Some Barkie by Alfie products may be available as pre-orders, launch products or crowdfunding rewards.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and may change because of production, supplier, shipping, customs or courier delays.
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order may be shipped together once all items are ready, unless stated otherwise.
Specific pre-order or crowdfunding terms may also apply and will be shown on the relevant product or campaign page.
